Meet Jana

Jana Lambert - Nutritionist

Jana Lambert is a Nutritionist and a soon-to-be- Registered Dietitian.

She received her degree in Nutrition through the University of North Florida and then completed a Dietetic Internship through Life University in Marietta, GA.   Jana is passionate about nutrition and specializes in weight loss, weight maintenance, meal-planning, Diabetes, high cholesterol and Heart disease.  She also has experience in personal training and loves to help others reach their personal goals related to fitness and nutrition.

Jana is originally from Jacksonville, FL and moved to Atlanta in 2012 to complete her internship and pursue a career as a dietitian.  Her favorite activities include cooking, trying new foods and restaurants, shopping, traveling and watching football (Go Gators!). She stays active by working out, hiking, running and being outdoors.
